The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway linking St Ives, Cambridge and Trumpington opened on 7 August 2011. This blog is now closed to new posts and comments. It was set up for people who travelled the busway, either as bus passengers, or users of the cycle/footpath such as pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders.
The blog remains visible as a historic record. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the blog over the past decade.

Busway complaints fall
The Cambridge News reports that the number of complaints to the County Council concerning the Busway has fallen. The full story is here.
The number of Busway-related complaints to the bus operators isn't reported.
To be honest I don't bother complaining any more because 1. They don't listen and 2. It takes them ages to respond and it's difficult to know how to complain so why waste my time!

ReplyDeleteI found that complaining via my county councillor usually made a difference e.g. getting the flood debris cleared up.
